This is an afternoon news of NHK, about restart of Kashiwazaki-Kariha No.6 and No.7 (BWR 1356 MWe x2).
Very nice news for Tepco, but local prefecture governor of Niigata still oppose restart of　NPPs. This is a big hurdle.

Japan's Nuclear Regulation Authority has issued a virtual green light for the restart of 2 reactors operated by Tokyo Electric Power Company, or TEPCO.
