2017-11-02 Tepco successfully completed freezing

A news of NHK about completion of freezing wall on 2 November 2017.
Tepco successfully completed freezing from end of August to end of October.
If this attempt go well, influx of underground water around F1 will decrease from present 140 mE3 to less than 100 mE3.
