2011-08-12 米国債格下げと茶会(タイム記事）
米国週刊誌タイム、August 15,2011 号はやはり米国国債の格下げについてです。
面白い箇所はやはりティーパーティ（茶会）の勢力が
増していること。現在の勢力は米国国民の２５％くらい。
今回の米国国債デフォルト寸前事件の
解決がティーパーティ（茶会）の力で誤った方向に
いったというのが記事の主眼ですね。
そもそも、ティーパーティ（茶会）は
2008年秋のリーマンショック後に生まれたとか。
中央政府は税金をたくさんとって、金持ちや労働組合に
ばらまいて自分らの選挙に有利にしている。
ようは出来るだけに小さな政府にしようという運動。
英国経済学者John Maynard Keynes、ケネジアン学説、すなわち
政府の景気対策での資金が必要は真っ赤な嘘という考え。
また地球温暖化セオリーはたんなるhot airの
塊というもの。ティーパーティ（茶会）での温暖化セオリー
信奉者は14%であるが、米国国民は49%が信奉とか。
ティーパーティ（茶会）信奉者は、地球温暖化理論は
資本主義を終らせる企みと考えているとか。
また反オバマに徹しているとか。
さて、2012年11月の大統領選挙では、ティーパー
ティ（茶会）は大きな役を果たす可能性があります。
その主張があまりに簡単で分かり易くパブリックの
支持を得易いですね。
ようは政府の債務問題や景気対策について、答えが
誰もわからない状態であり、政府を非難するのは
容易ですから。経済問題は複雑系であり、正解はないという
ことですね。
ただし、それが、共和党の現実の大統領候補者にどう結び
つくか。ティーパーティ（茶会）は余りにも極端
な考えであり、その考えを体現する候補者が予備選挙を
勝ち抜いてくるとは思えません。
